In a world that constantly demands performance, GROUNDED offers you a sacred pause—a chance to come home to your body, your breath, and your truth.
This isn’t a luxury—it’s a necessity.
Through movement, stillness, breath, and nourishment, we create space for your nervous system to exhale and your soul to soften. You’ll reconnect with yourself in ways that feel real, sustainable, and deeply supportive.
This is not about checking out.
It’s about checking in—and remembering what it feels like to live rooted, aligned, and free.
Led by Three Men Rooted in Practice

A sense of being seen, supported, and reset
This isn’t just a break.
Led by Eric – Grounding Through the Body
“Your posture is your presence. The way you stand, sit, and move speaks before you do.”
This isn’t just about stretching. This is about awakening what’s been asleep. It’s about unlocking tightness caused by stress, overworking, and poor posture—then replacing it with fluidity, freedom, and grounded strength.
In this 45-minute movement session, you’ll:
Discover how stress lives in your body
Learn breath-integrated mobility techniques
Gently activate your core and stabilizers
Improve posture and alignment
Wake up dormant muscles and energy channels
Create space in your joints and nervous system
The Goal: Prepare the body to feel more open, rooted, and receptive for what’s to come. Think of this session as your physical and energetic “warm-up” for the soul.
“You can't get grounded if your body’s fighting gravity. This brings you back to Earth—with power, with peace.” – Eric
Led by Ade – A Journey Through the Breath
“The breath is the bridge between your body and your soul.”
This session invites you into a deeper relationship with your inner self through conscious, somatic breathwork.
The breath will be your tool, your medicine, and your guide.
In this 45-minute breathwork journey, you’ll:
Release stuck energy and emotions
Reset your nervous system and clear mental fog
Cultivate presence through slow, conscious breathing
Experience somatic cues for inner safety and self-regulation
Practice integration, grounding, and energetic alignment.
Led by Marquese – Nourishing from the Inside Out
“What you eat is energy. How you eat is a ritual.”
Nutrition isn’t just about macros or meal plans. It’s a sacred conversation between your body and the Earth. In this interactive wellness talk, we break it down in a way that’s real, relevant, and soul-nourishing.
This isn’t a lecture—it’s a conversation. Bring your questions, your challenges, and your curiosity.
“If you feed your stress, it grows. If you feed your soul, you thrive.” – Marquese
